Yes. The pricing on this page is based on 5 users. If you have more than 5 users, you will be eligible for a quantity discount. After you request a demo, you can ask for a custom quote.
If you want digiQC mobile app to be used by the subcontractors then YES.
However, if you want the subcontractors only to only have agency functionality thena separate digiQC user licence is not needed as the use of team.digiqc.com and notifications are not charged separately.
When you are taking the live demonstration of digiQC, our executive will understand your organization structure, nature of projects and will guide you in making the selection. We have seen companies with teams shared across projects take the Unlimited Projects plan, while companies which have dedicated project teams and want participation of their subcontractors, take the Unlimited User plan.
No, you don’t. Our implementation specialists will conduct set up and training sessions to ensure your team learns digiQC system within the first 9 working days and then hand-hold the users to get maximum value.
No, you don’t. We conduct once a week live training sessions for all types of users and there is no separate charge for it. We also host online training program on academy.digiqc.com These are self-paced we encourage all new users to first take the online course and then register for the live session so all their doubts can be cleared in person.
No, you don’t. The auditor role gets a username and password which allows them read-only access to your inspection data. They can comment on specific items, using the web-portal. There is no limit to how many external auditors you can have and there is no charge for that.
The web-application has a reports section where you can filter by user, project, agency, type of inspection and generate your own report. In case you want a customised data analysis report then please get in touch with our customer success team and they will help you get it by email on daily or weekly basis. We do not charge extra for the first 3 customized reports, beyond which a nominal fee is charged as per complexity and frequency of the custom report requested.
We recommend starting with a demo of the software first. If you’d like more team members to see the system, we are happy to do more than one demo. After you see digiQC in action during the demo, if you feel that a trial would help you make a more informed decision, you can request access from our executive. Our trials are called Test Drives because they are more than just access to digiQC. We offer a hand-held approach that includes training and help in use of digiQC as per your quality objectives. To qualify for a Test Drive you must meet a minimum annual spend.
